First user
Onboarding a user with multiple devices (phone, tablet, laptop) takes around one hour, remotely or in person, whichever you prefer.
New device
Enrolling an additional device takes about fifteen minutes by video call.
Clean onboarding
No deep integration with your systems. We sit alongside your existing tools, never inside them.
Anonymous by default. Verifiable by design.
Every user receives a pseudonym known only to them and to first-line responders. Our security experts do not see your real identity. By default, no staff member has access to your data. Only when an alert requires investigation is limited access granted, and even then, the pseudonym remains in place.
On the commercial side, two contracts protect this promise: General Terms with the company, and a separate licence agreement with the user. Our loyalty to the individual is contractually independent of the commercial relationship with their organisation.
24/7 incident response. One phone call. No extra fees.
In the event of an incident, the Cyberwolf CSIRT procedure is launched and a CISO takes ownership of the response. The hotline is shared with members at activation. No additional charges apply.
For day-to-day questions, our team is reachable in the Cyberwolf app and by email during business hours across CET and ET. For live incidents, we are on guard around the clock.

Prepare
We begin with a quiet scoping exercise: who needs protection, which devices and accounts are in play, and what the technical baseline looks like. Stakeholders are identified and a project lead is appointed on your side. No announcements yet.
Communicate
Participation is always opt-in, never top-down. We help you craft clear, reassuring messaging that explains the benefit without creating alarm. Every participant understands what they are getting, what it means for their privacy and how little effort is required from them.
Plan
We organise the roll-out in waves that respect calendars, travel schedules and personal preferences. Each wave is sized to give every participant a calm, unhurried onboarding experience. No one feels like a number.
Implement
Onboarding sessions run remotely or in person, around one hour per user. Devices are enrolled, accounts are hardened, and every participant receives a first-week check-in to make sure everything feels right. Questions are answered before they become concerns.
Sustain
Protection is only as good as its upkeep. We run periodic reviews, enrol new devices as they arrive, adapt to changes in the group and quietly improve the service over time. Your dedicated team stays the same, so trust only deepens.
