For corporate security and information security leaders

You’ve done your part. Let us protect the rest.

As corporate defences harden, attackers shift to your leaders’ personal devices, inboxes and home networks. Cyberwolf covers what your programme cannot reach.

  • Zero integration with your stack
  • Two contracts, two perimeters, clean separation
  • Near-complete adoption (opt-in, no mandate)

Beyond your scope

Personal security strengthens corporate resilience.

That distinction is the point. Cyberwolf explicitly covers the private devices and accounts hackers use to reach confidential and sensitive information, the channels your corporate controls cannot see.

One less thing on your plate. And probably not the thing your team will miss.

Designed for your programme

Built to complement, not to replace.

Six reasons CISOs and security leaders give Cyberwolf the green light.

No control loss

On corporate devices, Mobile Application Management keeps the company in full control of corporate apps, accounts and data. Cyberwolf has no access to corporate data. Ever.

No integration debt

Cyberwolf runs independently of your stack. No SSO hooks, no API dependencies, no audit-log entanglement. Switch providers or offboard users with nothing left behind.

Near-complete adoption

Effortless to use means actually used. No training, no friction, no policy battles. Adoption rates approach 100% because there is nothing to give up. Only to gain.

Clean separation

Two contracts. General Terms with the company; a separate licence with the individual. Our loyalty to the user is contractually protected, and that is precisely what makes the service work.

Transparent reporting

Aggregated, anonymised reporting to the company. Real-time detail to the user. Cyber-maturity tracked over time, with no individual disclosure.

Two-fold ROI

Better cyber-awareness across your organisation, and active engagement on cyber-risk policy from the leaders you already most need on board.

Questions security leaders ask us

What security teams ask us first.

Didn’t find what you were looking for? Message us, we’re happy to talk it through.

Are we handing over control by enrolling corporate devices?

No. On corporate devices, the company retains full control via Mobile Application Management. You can secure and remove corporate data within apps, enforce conditional access, configure and update apps, and report on app inventory and usage. Cyberwolf has no access to corporate data or accounts.

What about user privacy?

Cyberwolf guards privacy against adversaries, the company, the user’s internet service provider, and Cyberwolf ourselves. Every user receives a pseudonym known only to them and to first-line responders. Our experts have no default access to user data; in an incident, limited access is granted while the pseudonym protects the user’s identity.

Why do private devices need protection at all?

Your leaders’ prominent roles make them prime targets. Hackers often focus on personal devices, email and social accounts because they are easier to breach than corporate systems, and they open a path to the same sensitive information.

Do we not already have protection through our existing cyber investments?

Personal security strengthens corporate resilience. It explicitly includes private devices and accounts that corporate controls cannot reach. In many cases our mobile protection exceeds what the company issues on corporate devices.

How can we get people to adopt this?

Cyberwolf is not a fear story, it is a peace-of-mind story. Advanced security need not come at the expense of comfort or privacy. Enrolment is a net positive: nothing to give up, only to be gained. Trials (free, fixed format) and pilots (paid, flexible) are available to validate the experience up front.

Will it affect user routines or device performance?

Two factors shaped the design: privacy and convenience. Users should experience no measurable impact on device performance or connectivity. Protection runs quietly in the background.

Will users be limited online?

Cyberwolf protects the private atmosphere. We do not filter or block content. If a web page is blocked, it is because a genuine malicious threat has been identified on it.

How do we get started, and how fast can we scale?

Onboarding a user with multiple devices takes roughly one hour, remote or in person. Enrolling a new device takes fifteen minutes by video call. Offboarding is five minutes or self-service. For larger groups, we run a five-phase roll-out: prepare, communicate, plan, implement, sustain.

How does Cyberwolf comply with applicable law?

We are ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. Two contracts apply: General Terms and Conditions with the company, and a separate licence agreement with the individual. This guarantees that our loyalty, discretion and service to the user are not influenced by the commercial relationship with the company.

How do we validate the architecture?

Our protection is built on solutions from suppliers recognised as Gartner segment leaders. Our architecture can be reviewed with your technical experts under NDA. A paid pilot is also available to validate the full experience end-to-end.

Will we become dependent on Cyberwolf?

Cyberwolf runs in parallel with your stack rather than integrating into it. You can switch providers or offboard users without any hooks or loose ends.

What happens if there is an incident?

A 24/7 Cyber Security Incident Response team is on call for every user. The CSIRT procedure is launched and a CISO manages the incident. No additional fees apply.

Who is Cyberwolf?

A privately-owned cyber-security specialist focused on personal VIP protection for companies and families worldwide. Cyberwolf is a spin-off of Spotit, a Belgian B2B cyber-security managed service provider since 2014. Headquartered in Belgium, with a US office in Atlanta and a presence in New York.
